Why fund our Venture, Ecosystem, and Capacity Building Projects?
Continued support from trusts and foundations provide a lifeline to Mountain Hub so that we can meet the ever-growing needs of youths and founders – especially as we’re still a grassroots enterprise support organization and in need of substantial, multi-year grants to sustain our vital services. Grants from trusts and foundations allow us to deliver most of our vital venture building, germination, incubation, and acceleration supports for some of the most underfunded and underrepresented founders and small business entrepreneurs in our Sub-Saharan Francophone Africa Region starting with Cameroon. But we still need additional support to sustain projects, salaries, centre running costs, volunteer costs and fund our residential units, Mountain Hub Buea and Yaoundé.
The impact your grant makes
You can see the impact your money is having through Mountain Hub’s range of positive outcomes in African tech ecosystem. Mountain Hub’s services range from founder grooming all the way through to venture-building support, and we have evidence to show that our holistic approach is working. We’re able to respond flexibly to new developments and always willing to try new approaches. We need your investment to continue on this journey towards ensuring all founders and youth-led businesses in Cameroon and sub-Saharan Francophone Africa can benefit from this level of support.
Reasons to support Mountain Hub
We have a proven track record working with larger and smaller development partners and foundations and can be trusted to spend your money wisely, report back on our progress and work together with you to deliver on our shared goals.
01.
We need you to spread the word about Mountain Hub, tell others about your experience working with us and the progress you’ve seen our founders make during their time at Mountain Hub.
02.
We share a common goal with you – for youths involved in the development and growth of the African continent, for women and young founders who are underfunded, for entrepreneurs underrepresented living in lack of financial capital to build and grow their businesses the way they should.
03.
We need to work together to see women and youths moving towards a brighter future, and to keep our doors open for as long as they need us.
04.
